Established in 1911, the PIC ranks amongst the best and most successful asset management firms in the world and is by far the biggest in Africa. The PIC runs one of the most diversified portfolios, which is made-up of multiple asset classes. These asset classes include listed equities, real estate, capital market, private equity and impact investing. 

The objective of this self-service supplier registration portal is to assist the PIC on behalf of its clients to establish a high-quality supplier database of Professional Consultants in the built environment who are accredited / registered with the relevant professional institutions.

Application Instructions:

• To successfully complete the forms an account must be created
• All supporting documents must be certified (certified copies must not be older than 3 months at submission date)
  
• Incomplete application forms and/or falsified, uncertified, invalid documentation will not be considered
• Incomplete forms may be saved but only complete forms will be accepted
• All mandatory fields must be completed
• Supporting documents where applicable must be uploaded
• It is important to provide as much information as possible
• It is the supplier’s responsibility to update any changes to information submitted
• Successful registration on the PIC Properties database does not guarantee any business from PIC or its clients
